If you send an enquiry through the contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number if you give one, and whatever you write in your message. That is all this website asks for.
What we do with it
We use it to answer your enquiry and, if you become a client, to provide the services you ask for. We do not sell your details and we do not pass them to anyone for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted once they are plainly no longer needed. Client records are kept for as long as we act for you and then for the period required by law and by our professional obligations, including anti-money-laundering rules.
Who else sees it
Our website host and email provider process this information on our behalf. Where the law requires it we may share information with HMRC or other authorities. As accountants we are supervised by HMRC for anti-money-laundering purposes.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to the address above. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
